12 THINGS YOU SHOULD SAY TO YOUR PARTNER
There are these two quiet, suited gentlemen. They annoy us. They seem to work, but we never see what they produce. The climb obstacles and crawl under fences. They challenge the world around themselves. And they create these amazing images. Under very strict time constraints. They call it deadline art, and they share their world at mentalpropell.com and here at UpOnWalls.
One day an email arrived from fellow artist Peter Hoelstad «I love your work and I have this great idea for a collaboration where we can explore the suited gentlemen in an inquiry into the nature of partnerships- Are you game?»
Of course, they were game. Everything they do is about researching the nature of digital poetry, and this collaboration represented another great opportunity for artistic exploration and reserach. They met, explored the nature of partnerships and talked into the night for two days, in and around Södertälje in Sweden.

ABOUT
@deadlineartcollective is Eirik V Johnsen and Kristian Pohl. They have been researching digital poetry and deadline art since 2001, and their artworks are available to explore over at mentalpropell.com. They met at Fotoskolan in Stockholm and have worked together ever since.
Peter Hoelstad has a background in journalism and documentary photography. He is currently represented by Agent Molly & Co, and is specializing in visual storytelling for some of the best loved brands in Sweden. He has had exhibitions at Kulturhuset, Fotografiska and Hälsingland museum – his work is available over at peterhoelstad.se.
